In the box this week: carrots, zucchini, lemon, chilies, kale, bok choy, passion fruit, lettuces and lemon grass.
Lately I have been making Popsicles with fruit. Using a blender, I mixed lychees with some passion fruit. The texture was a bit strange, so I added a little water. Watermelon and mango work well too! the red plant at the back is amaranth. I usually get the variegated kind and treat it like spinach.
