Thai Vegetarian & Raw Food Cooking Classes

may-kaidee-vegetarian-restaurant-chiang-mai2I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile! If you’re stuck in Bangkok for a couple days and don’t know what to do – why not try a cooking course?

If you’re not in the mood to cook the food for yourself, you could visit one of the 3 restaurants in Bangkok.

The staff are lovely and speak English, with an understanding of gluten and gluten free food. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

While they do tend to use a lot of soy sauce, you can make a request in the comment box that you need gluten free recipes / alterations. Normally you can substitute soy sauce for salt. Or, you could choose the raw food recipes – which can definitely be made gluten free. Happy cooking!
