I like to check in with Nourishing Meals every once in a while. They have some great recipes, as well as advice on going gluten free and elimination diets.
Today’s recipe link is to their Thin Buckwheat Pizza Crust, which I must say was delicious and easy to make. Most gluten free pantries will have the ingredients!
Instead of garlic powder, I used McCormick’s Montreal Spice Mix, but you could substitute that for rosemary or an Italian seasoning mix. I also added a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese for good measure.
