I love veggie burgers. They’re great on a bun, on pitas, broken up and throw into spaghetti, they’re even wonderful on their own.
It’s not surprising that when I received this recipe in my inbox, I had to immediately try it out. Even my carnivorous friend said they were pretty yummy!
