When I opened my CSA veg box, I thought they’d sent me golden kiwis. Nope. They sent me sapodillas. WTF? Professor Google insisted it was a fruit!
Apparently they’re good for vitamin C, fibre and have anti-inflammatory properties. I am still struggling with recipes!
Strangely enough, these little kiwi-imitators taste like brown sugar. Perhaps I can puree them and use them with my yogurt and muesli instead of honey?
